Weldtone Thermal Interface Material include thermal gap filling and thermal conductive adhesive materials, with high serviceability, high thermal conductivity and high bonding strength, they can be stored and be cured at room temperature or accelerated curing at high temperature. They have good mechanical and chemical stability in high and low temperature environment and thermal conductive adhesive can replace mechanical locking application.
